Important Card Information
Traveling with your Debit Card? When you travel out of state or out of the country, it is important to tell us when and where you are traveling. We have a number of systems in place to help minimize debit card fraud. If we suspect fraudulent transactions on your card, we must act quickly. If we cannot contact you, we may temporarily stop access to your card to protect your account.
Due to increases in international debit card fraud, African Development Bank has made the decision to block all Foreign Country debit card transactions.
To ensure uninterrupted use while traveling, call us and provide us with your travel information. If your card stops working while you are traveling, please call +234 802 207 0289 – After Hours, select Option 2
